Staria Strengthens Customer-centric Approach in 2025

Staria, a leader in CFO Office solutions for international growth companies, has introduced a new customer-centric operating model aimed at improving customer experience. The goal is to better support customers on their own growth journeys through a unified service approach and a more relevant service and solution offering.

The operating model resulted in a restructuring of Staria’s organisation and the leadership team into three key areas: Experience, Services, and Solutions, and the appointment of Geir Haukedal to the board of directors. These changes underscore Staria's commitment to customer-centricity and its goal to provide finance leaders with scalable solutions for growth.

Organisation and Leadership team restructuring

To further its commitment to customer-centricity, Staria has reorganised its organisation and leadership team around three key areas:

Experience: Led by Jimmy Löfström, Staria’s newly appointed Chief Experience Officer, this area is dedicated to ensuring a stellar customer experience throughout every stage of a customer's journey with Staria. Jimmy's extensive career, working closely with customers within finance and the NetSuite ecosystem, and his passion for excellence will drive efforts to exceed customer expectations.

Services: Under the leadership of Joonas Sipola, Chief Operating Officer, this area focuses on delivering best-in-class services. Joonas' commitment to process excellence and finance background from previously held CFO positions, will ensure that Staria provides top-notch services that meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Solutions: Led by Simo Vesterinen, Chief Platform Officer, this area is responsible for ensuring that Staria offers innovative solutions that support companies in their growth journeys. Simo's deep understanding of product development and expertise within data-driven analytics will guide Staria’s efforts to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive business success.

The leadership team also comprises of Artti Aurasmaa who continues as CEO, Sanni Koskela as Chief People & Culture Officer, as well as Henna Plit as CFO.

Appointment of Geir Haukedal to Staria's Board of Directors

Geir Haukedal brings a wealth of experience through his distinguished career in the finance and technology sectors as current CFO of Glamox and previously held CFO positions at Azets and Visma.
